Terms of Use

These terms explain, in plain language, the rules that apply when you use Mosapop. They supplement the App Store license agreement.

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Mosapop, you accept these terms as well as the standard App Store license agreement (EULA), which governs the license for the app. If you are a minor, ask a parent to read them with you.

2. The game

Mosapop is a puzzle game for iPhone. We may change the game (new levels, balancing, fixes) through updates. Levels, rules and rewards may change to keep the game fair and fun.

3. In-app purchases

  • Purchases are offered and charged by Apple through the App Store, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
  • Virtual items (boosters, lives, skins, backgrounds, packs…) give you a right to use them in the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred, except through the “Give a skin” feature.
  • Permanent purchases can be restored with “Restore my purchases” and the same Apple Account. Consumable purchases cannot be restored.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), in accordance with App Store rules and the rights the law of your country gives you.
  • There are no subscriptions and no random paid items.

4. Gift codes

A gift code gives you a skin. It can be used only once, cannot be resold or exchanged for money, and must not be posted publicly for strangers to use. A code may be deactivated if the purchase that created it is refunded or if the code was obtained fraudulently.

5. Game Center and races with friends

Leaderboards, achievements and races with friends go through Game Center, Apple’s service, which is subject to Apple’s terms. Play fair: any attempt to cheat, modify the game or exploit a bug may lead to a score being removed.

6. Your creations and your photos

The mosaics you create (Workshop, My photo as a mosaic) stay on your iPhone and belong to you. Only use photos you have the right to use, and do not share content that infringes other people’s rights.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its name, its mascots (including Brickie), its mosaics, illustrations, music and texts are protected by copyright and belong to their publisher. You may share screenshots and videos of your games; any other reproduction or commercial reuse requires our permission. The bricks in the game are generic building bricks designed for Mosapop: the game is not affiliated with any toy manufacturer.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the game and its online services (gift codes) running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. Almost the whole game works offline.

9. Liability

The game is provided as is, within the limits allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country grants to consumers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective rules of the country where you live. If the translations differ, the French version prevails.

11. Changes

We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. By continuing to play after a change, you accept the new version.
